Helping Your State Gain Access to $5 Billion in Federal Incentive Fund Grants:   Teach for America (TFA) and Education Commission of the States (ECS) have just developed an Idea Paper designed to help states think about how they can maximize their share of the federal stimulus stabilization fund. This paper promotes the idea of creating state innovation and incentive grant programs that could be used to promote high quality education programs while at the same time increasing the state's chances of winning a share of almost $5 billion in federal Incentive Fund grants. CLICK HERE FOR PAPER

If you have any questions or comments about this paper you can contact Kevin Huffman at TFA (kevinhuffman@teachformerica.org) or Michael Griffith at ECS (mgriffith@ecs.org) or (303) 299-3619 .
