Guideline:

In addition to providing for their children's welfare, parents are also teachers. Parents of English language learners (ELL) students, who themselves may have limited English proficiency, could have difficulty helping their children with schoolwork.  The resources offered are aimed at providing parents tools to assist their children with their schoolwork.

It will tell them how to help their child through school, what resources are available, and what they, their family, and their community can do to help their child learn."
