Guideline:

Title II Part A of the NCLB Act establishes a state grants program for improving teacher quality. As noted at the U.S. Department of Education's website, "the purpose of the program is to increase academic achievement by improving teacher and principal quality." Educators at the state, district, and school levels should be aware of this program.
