Guideline:

Family and community involvement with local schools has been demonstrated to be an essential element of a successful school. Effective partnerships with supportive community organizations, government agencies, and local businesses can assist local educators in creating a school climate conducive to learning. When building family and community involvement capacity, district and school leaders must be aware of the district and school responsibilities associated with the parental provisions of NCLB.
