Guideline:

The state education agency and the district are to ensure that a school in need of improvement has access to appropriate technical assistance. The principal should be aware of these resources, including the statewide system of support, and use them in developing and implementing the school improvement plan.

Legal State Provided Technical Assistance

Each state education agency is to provide technical assistance to schools identified for improvement, corrective action, or restructuring. This document provides links to the technical assistance services available in each state.
