Communicating with constituent groups is an ongoing activity. Sharing the school's progress in achieving its improvement goals is part of this communication. When sharing quantitative information, it is important the information be presented in an easy to understand format and a language suitable for each audience. When communicating with national-origin language minority parents about school-related matters, do so in a language they understand.
A broad range of stakeholders should be involved in the improvement process. This checklist may help the improvement team identify stakeholders in its community.
