Adolescence is a journey of transitions through early, middle, and late stages. Through each stage, the adolescent deals with aspects of physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development. Possessing an awareness of these transitions enables educators to assist adolescent students with navigating these transitions as they move from elementary to middle school.

A parent guide is available for download as well as two streaming videos addressing transitions to middle and high school.
