Guideline:

Summarizing the snapshot findings sums up the data collected under the Activity 1 tasks. The grant seeker should be able to compose a picture of the organization's needs. The resulting findings enables the grant seeker to envision organizational needs, conceptualize programs to meet them, and think about grant support to seek.

This tool is useful for recording the results of data collection with the goal of identifying the school's strengths and needs, and proposing the core goals. It is suggested that a different analysis sheet be completed for each focus area studied.
