Guideline:

The strategies aimed at improving a school's learning climate should identify each involved agency and its roles and responsibilities. Such entities would include the district, school, local public safety agencies, social service agencies, and any other identified party. Responsibilities for supplying information to the local news media should also be identified.

Tools Goal Implementation Worksheet

This worksheet may be a useful tool for school improvement team members to outline implementation plans for each school improvement goal. A separate worksheet should be competed for each goal. The worksheet has three sections: a description of the goal with achievement benchmarks, necessary professional development activities associated with accomplishing the goal, and a projected implementation timeline.
