Guideline:

Prior to finalizing the strategies aimed at improving the school's learning climate, the principal should schedule time with the district's superintendent to review them with him or her. Keeping the superintendent informed assures the strategies are aligned with the district's perspective. As the principal deems warranted, the superintendent's suggestions should be reviewed with the school's work team. Revisions suggested by the district superintendent would be included following this review.
