Guideline:
Classroom assessments should meet the following quality criteria. They should
- reflect state and local curriculum standards,
- provide students an opportunity to learn,
- be free of bias and insensitive situations,
- be prepared for the appropriate level,
- be reliably scored, and
- establish appropriate mastery levels.
