Communication Modes
A school's clientele is more than just the parents today. It includes instructional and non instructional school staff, parents, students, along with community and business leaders and the news media. Interacting with these groups will involve an array of communication methods. How you communicate is just as important as the message you are trying to convey. Having a structured approach to communications enables school leaders to be proactive in dealing with critical issues and addressing problems. The task at hand is to utilize specific methods that meet the needs of each clientele group.
