KnowledgeBases > Sample Replicability, Dissemination, and Sustainability Statement

An important component to this project is that throughout its development and its planned implementation, there has been a focus on replicating the project and disseminating information about the project.  This innovative program to (describe project focus/goal) will merit becoming a model for others throughout the country.  As this is a (number of years/months) project, a sufficient period of time will be undertaken to demonstrate statistically significant data illustrating the long-term effectiveness of this project.  Further, this project will be shared within (the district/city/state) as well as with (specific partners).  (Grantseeker) (and partners) will be most pleased to make presentations on replicability and to assist in a wide dissemination of this program model.

Sustainability is built into this plan, in part through the "pooling" of resources.  More services can be provided, more youth (and families) can be serviced, and there will be less duplication of services and efforts through pooling.  It is also planned that other funding alternatives will continually be examined (by Advisory Board/District/Grantseeker) to ensure that the sustainability of benefits from this grant will continue.  (Describe other funding sources that will be sought such as Federal grants, local fundraising efforts, partnerships with universities and charities, etc.)
