Personnel Improvement Center
The Personnel Improvement Center operated under auspices of the National Center to Improve Recruitment and Retention of Qualified Personnel for Children with Disabilities is a federally-funded technical assistance and dissemination project. As noted at its website, its mission is "to increase the nation's capacity to recruit, prepare and retain diverse highly qualified special educators, early intervention and related service providers."
Regional Resource Center Program
